Shipping Information

Order Processing

We’ll get your order prepped and ready to ride the shipping wave within 1-2 business days of receiving it.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

Our Return Promise

If your gear doesn’t make you as stoked as a perfect barrel, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our returns work:

Return Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receiving your order
  • Condition: Unused, in original packaging with tags attached
  • Required: Proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Booties, Gloves & Hoods (worn next to skin)
  • Rash Vests (unless packaging is unopened)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Any item showing signs of use or without original tags

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email [email protected] within 15 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want an exchange or refund

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our surf-savvy customer crew will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Step 3: Pack It Up

Securely repackage the item with all original packaging and tags.

Step 4: Ship It Back

Send to our East Perth warehouse using a trackable shipping method:

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Bank processing: Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take 3-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Here’s how:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  • We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
  • Choose between repair, replacement, or full refund
