4. Ordering & Payment

4.1 Placing Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. We’ll confirm receipt immediately and process within 1-2 business days.

4.3 Pricing

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: A$12.95 via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Orders over A$50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

5.2 Delivery Times

While we aim for prompt delivery, factors beyond our control may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed via tracking information sent to your email.

5.3 Receiving Your Order

Check items immediately upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Our Return Promise

If you’re not stoked with your gear, you may return it within 15 days of receipt if:

  • Item is unused with original packaging and tags
  • You provide proof of purchase

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Booties, Gloves & Hoods (if worn)
  • Rash Vests (unless packaging unopened)
  • Custom/special order items

6.3 Return Process

  1. Email us within 15 days with order details
  2. Wait for return approval (2 business days)
  3. Repackage securely with all original materials
  4. Ship to our East Perth warehouse (trackable method required)

6.4 Refunds

  • Processed within 5 business days of receiving return
  • Issued to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)
  • Bank processing may take 3-10 additional days

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when ordering
  • Check sizing charts before ordering (we’re happy to advise!)
  • Inspect deliveries promptly
  • Follow return procedures exactly
  • Pay any applicable customs/duties for international orders
